All sales made through our website are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

Once we review the issue, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement or store credit.

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

Since all purchases are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Minor variations in color, design, or appearance due to photography or screen differences

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products


Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, you will need to place a new order through our website.
