What is the return and refund policy?

We do not facilitate returns on our products. If the product arrives damaged / defected, please email us your order details with images of the damaged / defected product(s) and our team will take it up from there and issue an exchange. We do not offer refunds unless the product is out of stock in which case we will reach out to you and issue a refund of the unavailable product(s). We can also send a similar product in exchange if you wish.
When will I get my order?

All orders ship from our warehouse within 2 business days, except handcrafted products which may ship in 4-5 business days. Once shipped, you will be notified with tracking information on your email and phone number.
